The company name FIRST PLAST S.r.l. comes from the acronym for Fabbrica Italiana Resine Sintetiche e Trafilate (Synthetic and Drawn Resin Italian Factory) or from the English word for “number one”, because it was the first company established in 1966.

The company specialises in the manufacturing of plastic material items for the building industry; its modern factories in Altare (SV), provided with extrusion and moulding plants for plastic materials, produce water collection systems which include: valley gutters (single-wall and Cupraelite), screened channels(Pratiko), soil products e fittings (Bi Bi Koll).

Product quality is monitored by an internal laboratory which performs a daily production check. The attention paid by First Plast to Total Quality is confirmed by the fact that, since 1995, it has obtained numerous international certifications including the one related to company quality ISO 9001:00 and the environmental certification ISO 14001:96.
